Motoki Arai (新井 元気)

A cloud-infrastructure specialist across AWS, Azure, and GCP, Motoki delivers end-to-end engagements from infrastructure foundations to business systems, web applications, and production use of generative AI and AI agents. He has led numerous projects solving business problems with technology in industries such as accounting, finance, and construction.

As a Udemy instructor he has published 7 courses with more than 6,000 students and an average rating of 4.7, with a teaching style focused on understanding fundamentals so that knowledge transfers. In 2026 he launched a Claude Code course, spoke on Agent Skills, gave a talk on running AI agents in cloud environments at AI BRIDGE KUMAMOTO 2026, and appeared on a CPA-run YouTube channel.

Since 2026 he has also served as head of development at AITech, a construction-AI startup from the University of Tokyo's Matsuo Lab, owning cloud architecture on AWS / GCP / Azure and full-stack delivery in TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and he advises an accounting firm group on product engineering.

He founded System Solutions Inc. in March 2026 to help clients grow through engineering that spans infrastructure, applications, and AI.
